Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will gladly exchange any item that is in new condition (unworn, unused) within 10 days of the original date of the invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on open color cosmetics or fragrance.
Please note, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to NuGene. With questions about your order, returns or exchanges, please call 888-327-4499 .
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please e-mail us before sending the item back. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you can return an item. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the RA number along with a brief description of the reason for your return or exchange.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if:
- It is 10 days passed the original date of the invoice.
- There is no Return Authorization number (RA#) issued.
